These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our online GP consultation services (“Services”), provided by i-doccare (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

Unfortunately, if you cannot accept our terms & conditions, you will be not able to use our services.

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register with our Services. Children under 18 must be registered by their parent or guardian who has legal parental responsibility.

Services are available to residents of the UK only, unless otherwise stated.

You must provide accurate and complete information about your health and identity.

 

  1. Nature of Service

We provide remote GP consultations via video or telephone.

Our doctors are GMC registered and follow UK medical guidelines.

We do not offer emergency care. If you need urgent help, call 999 or visit your nearest A&E.

 

  1. Booking & Payment

Consultations must be booked via our website.

Payment is required at the time of booking unless you have an insurance.

Prices are displayed on our website and may change without prior notice.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment for a full refund. When you book an appointment, you reserve a slot that is no longer available to others. To be respectful to all patients, please inform us as soon as possible if you cannot attend by emailing contact@i-doccare.com.

If you arrive late for your appointment, the consultation may be shortened or rescheduled at the discretion of the doctor.

If you require an interpreter for your consultation, we will assist with arranging that but the cost will be added to your consultation fee and must be paid before the appointment.

 

  1. Your Responsibilities

Provide full and truthful information regarding your symptoms, medical history, and medications.

Ensure you have a private, quiet location for your consultation.

Follow any advice, treatment plans, or referrals provided by our clinicians.

Use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

 

  1. Prescriptions & Referrals

Prescriptions are issued at the doctor’s discretion and in line with UK law.

We do not prescribe certain controlled drugs or high-risk medications remotely.

A follow up consultation may be necessary for repeat prescription.

The total price will vary depending on the medication and the pharmacy’s dispensing fees. We charge £5 fee for issuing private prescriptions.

We do not prescribe medications for dental issues. Please contact your dentist for any dental problems.

Referrals to specialists or diagnostic services will be made if clinically necessary.

 

  1. Privacy & Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.

Consultation records are stored securely and confidentially.

We may share your information with other healthcare providers if it is necessary for your care but we will inform you if we need to do so.

 

  1. Limitations & Exclusions

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by internet or technical issues.

We do not guarantee that all medical issues can be addressed remotely.

Our liability to you is limited to the amount paid for the consultation, except where prohibited by law.

We follow a clear complaints procedure in line with CQC requirements.

 

  1. Changes to These Terms

We may update there Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website with the updated date.

 

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
